AB 19 WOULD BE PART OF AB 32 THE CA. “CAP AND TRADE” BILL PASSED 3 YRS AGO AND WE’VE SEEN WHAT A HUGE SUCCESS THAT HAS BEEN TO DRIVE OUT BUSINESS FROM OUR STATE.  

AB 19 the Carbon Labeling Act 2009:

This Act would require the state board to develop and implement a program for the voluntary assessment, verification and standardized labeling of the carbon footprint, as defined, of consumer products sold in this state.

The Trust for America's Health has convinced Congress to add $1.6 billion per year to H.R. 676 for:
- walking paths
- streetlights
- jungle gyms
- farmer's markets

i.e. anything to buy votes that sounds even remotely like "health infrastructure"projects.
